Refuse Club 意难平俱乐部

Refuse Club来源于法国历史上有名的“落选者沙龙”。

「落选者沙龙」是印象画派初期成员,在十九世纪末被巴黎主流艺术沙龙拒之门外后自发组织的一个独立展览,所展出的画作都具有新颖的内容和技法。“Refuse Club”的中文名是“意难平俱乐部”, 来自于红楼梦 “纵然是齐眉举案,到底意难平”。

在品牌寄语和灵感中,提取了“邀请函”这个元素,成为了视觉叙述语言里的主角—— 每位客人的选购都会附上一封“邀请函”,邀请加入这个不平凡的“俱乐部”,共同探索当代和历史带来的感官互通体验。

视觉设计上,做了中式的装饰元素、纸艺、切割方式等调研,进行平面的重组,于是就形成了这套具有多义性和趣味性的品牌视觉形象。















The Refuse Club comes from the “Salon des Refusés” in French history.
It was an independent exhibition organized by the early members of the Impressionist School afterthey were rejected by the mainstream art salons in Paris at the end of the 19thcentury, and the paintings on display were all novel in content and technique.

The Chinese name comes from aclassic line of <the Dream of Red Mansions>.

In the brand inspiration, I extracted the element of "invitation", which became the protagonist in the visual story - each guest will attach an "invitation", inviting to join this extraordinary "club", and feel the story of the history.

In the visual design, the Chinese decorative elements, paper art, cutting methods and other research were done, the graphics and pattern was reorganized, so that the brand visual image with Oriental decorative colors and interesting stories was formed.­­
